Leaked in package

"This smells really good, but when it arrived I could smell it once I opened the package. Unfortunately, out of the 2 bottles that I ordered of flavor oils, this is the only one that leaked. I am not sure how much but looking at the stains on the wrapping paper, it was probably at least . 25 oz, Other than that, I am looking forward to using it in my lip balms. I would recommend adding some tape around the seal of the cap where it meets the jar to prevent leaks. Two ounces is not a lot and to lose any amount is not good."

Perfect Peppermint!

"Nice strong peppermint scent and taste. I didn't taste much sweet though which I expected. Other than that, it's perfect!"

Christmas must have!

"This is a necessity for any Christmas beauty line. It is a very true peppermint scent and very strong. It sells the best for me at a m&p soap. Particularly in candy cane soap. I use it to make candy cane bubble bars and it's an automatic sell out every weekend! Definitely give this peppermint fragrance oil a chance!"

Q&A

I'm doing small test batches of lip balm. What is the shelf life of the flavor oil itself? Would it still be good to use in recipes over a year from now?
Our products are good for 1 year after purchase date.
Can I use those for body butter and sugar scrub?
The IFRA max concentration for each of these applications is 100% for this oil, so it would certainly be safe to use the oil for these purposes. Flavor oils are formulated primarily for lip products, so we can not guarantee performance in other applications; this is something you would need to test in a small batch.
Hello , can you use all flavored lip oil in lip scrub
Yes, all of our flavor oils can be used in lip scrubs.
I see this is used in lip balms, can it be used in lip gloss?
Yes, our flavor oils are specifically formulated to be used in all lip products, including lip gloss.
First, this fragrance smells unbelievably awesome. It worked perfectly with by body butter but my huge bath bombs failed. I got no fizz just foamy clumps In my test (Thank Goodness I tested). Used My Standard recipe which includes Almond Oil and Poly 80. What happened? Thanks!
Even though this fragrance states it can be used in other products, it is still a flavor oil. It could possibly be the sweetener used in the oil that caused your product to fail although it has gotten good reviews from others using it in bath bombs. If you make a new batch with another scent and they turn out fine, you may want to try another peppermint fragrance oil in your bath bombs.
