"Hi I love the scent but I can't get the mp soap to stop turning brown. I am using fairy tale pink mica powder and I tried another pink and after sitting a few days the soap that looked so pretty now looks ugly :( is there a different colorant you recommend or anything else I can do to keep the pink color?"

Staff Answer You will need to use one part Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap to every one part fragrance oil due to the FO's high vanilla content. Make sure you let the fragrance+stabilizer mix sit for a few minutes after stirring and before adding to your batch.

Staff Answer This is not a flavor oil and is not safe for use in lip products. You can use this in very small quantities in a deodorant. Since the underarm area can be very sensitive, we recommend using very little or no fragrance in a deodorant.

Staff Answer In water-based products, any vanilla percentage will turn brown over time. Since this fragrance has 16% vanilla, it will turn very quickly. To prevent this, you would need to use the stabilizer for MP and for lotions and washes.

Staff Answer Yes, this fragrance turns bath fizzies brown. You can used vanilla color stabilizer for CP soap with this fragrance to delay the browning when making bath fizzies.

"Hi I used the Pink Sugar fragrance oil and the berries and cream fragrance oil in my cold process soap was a two pound batch I used 3 tablespoons in each and you can't smell anything in the soap now I made the soap a few days ago I have used both previously and had no problem the scent was very strong not sure what happened with these two batches any idea? Can I do anything to fix it they are already cut up"

Staff Answer We typically suggest using 6-9% fragrance oils in Cold Process soaps and at 3 tablespoons there is less than 5% in your current bars of soap. And for you current batch the best option would be to rebatch your current bars and then remold.

"Hi, I received this fragrance and part of it has gelled at the bottom of the bottle. Its almost like wax. Is this normal? I read the reviews but didn't see anything referencing this."

Staff Answer Great question! The "gelling" at the bottom or even crystalizing in this fragrance is normal during the cooler/colder months. Due to the Vanilla content, this occurs. This fragrance has 16% Vanilla. We suggest placing your bottle in warm water (not hot) to allow the crystals/gelling to melt. The fragrance will not be compromised. Again, it is a normal process due to the Vanilla.

"There is a recipe for heart fizzies with this fragrance oil. It calls for 1 tablespoon. How many tablespoons are in a .1 oz sample pack, or is it even a tablespoon?"

I just realized I said "fragrance oil" I meant the powder color. I'm confused as to how many tablespoons are in the sample color that is provided in the kit. Thanks
