Smells just like garden mint

"Out of the bottle, it really smells like garden mint. Slightly earthy with a soft mint smell. Reminds me a lot of Bath & Body Works' ""Garden Mint lotion"", which they long discontinued to my despair as it was my favorite lotion. Can't wait to use this in various ways."

Customer Favorite

"Processed great in CP soap. Customers loved the scent. It sold out (20 bars) upon introduction."

Too spicy for pumpkin pie

"This should be called pumpkin spice instead of pumpkin pie. There's not much pie scent to it. . it's very heavy on the cinnamon and spice and very little pumpkin. I liked it OOB but after making my soap all I can smell is cinnamon. Real pumpkin pie has a more mild and pumpkiny smell to it. If you want a milder scent with a more pumpkin smell -- pumpkin vanilla chai is much better. Wish I'd have used that instead of this in my pie soap."

Smells so good I could eat it!

"This is my favorite Pumpkin scent. It holds its scent well in my lotions and scrubs."

Perfect For Fall

"I have only RAVE reviews for this one! I sell this fragrance as seasonal only and I have people looking forward to its release during the spring. It is very hard to keep it in stock as it sells so fast. OOB: You can smell the blend of notes perfectly. Nice and strong. Using the CP method of soap making: Scent holds well in soap, no ricing or seizing. It does accelerate a small bit so try to soap with a little lower temperatures. I now soap at Room Temp and I've eliminated the problem with any acceleration all together. It does discolor, but not too dark! I split my batch and add Titanium Dioxide to lighten it and it is fine. . . the other half I use copper mica to achieve a pumpkin color. After soaping I find that you can't make out all of the notes that you can OOB. It does tend to be a bit more ""cinnamon-y"". . . . but no complaints here - it's an awesome fragrance! Please never get rid of this one!"

Spicy

"This is more of a spicy scented pumpkin but it is also very nice. Not so much of a pumpkin pie but a very nice spiced pumpkin pie. If you like the spices of the pie, then this is for you. Worked very nicely in my transparent soap recipe. A little goes a long way."

Ok

"A bit heavy on the cinnamon for my personal taste, I couldn't really smell the pumpkin. Not one of my favorite FO"

Pumpkin pie fragrance oil

"Smells like real pumpkin pie. Great fall scent. Very popular in my mp soaps"

Joan (5/5)

Not very pumkiny

"I purchased this fragrance because the other pumpkin was out of stock. It smells more like cinnamon and all spice than pumpkin. I did use it in my m&p soaps, labeling them pumpkin spice, but I am not sure how they will sell. I don't know if I will purchase again."

Q&A

What vanilla stabilizer do you use for melt and pour soaps?
You would use Crafter's Choice™ Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap: https://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/products/vanilla-color-stabilizer-mp-soap.aspx
Can this fragrance oil be used in a candle? I don't see any of the fragrance oils marked as yes or no for candles, only for various skin contact (soap, lotion, body ash, etc). I love this scent and would like to offer a candle and body butter set in the same fragrance.
We do not sell candle wax so we do not list this in our IFRA guidelines. There are no restrictions for this fragrance oil in candles. You would add the normal amount you would use for your candle wax.
Hi, does this fragrance turns CP soaps brown? Would I need a vanilla stabilizer?
This fragrance contains 3.00% vanilla. Any time a fragrance contains vanilla it can discolor a product. I would suggest using the color stabilizer for CP.
