"Nothing like Aveda"

COMMENTS: Honestly, I'm shocked by all the five-star reviews here... maybe they're not familiar with the original fragrance this was advertised as a dupe of? I was so excited to get that old retired Aveda fragrance; it was always one of my favorites. This is NOTHING like it. I'm so disappointed. I never would have purchased it had I been able to smell this in advance. Not sure what I'm going to do with this whole bottle now, because it's not even pleasant to me, personally.

COMMENTS: This is one of my most-requested fragrances. It is not as green as I would think a rainforest scent would be, but I used it in a St. Patrick's day soap and people LOVED it! Everyone that picks it up to smell it almost always buys it. It behaves perfectly in CP soap - no acceleration or ricing or discoloration. I keep it on hand because I cannot keep the soaps in stock!

"Not a rainforest scent"

COMMENTS: I've been to a real rainforest in the tropics, and this is not what comes in mind on how a rainforest smells like. This is more of a cologney scent. I would imagine something more lush, green, with a bit dirt, crisp but with earthy undertone. This is too typical men's cologne for me, which can be unisex and is a nice scent, but not rainforest. I haven't soap with it, but it won't be named/ titled as something rainforest.

"Amazing fragrance"

"Nice Unisex Scent"

COMMENTS: This scent is a very nice floral mix without being overwhelmingly floral. It is nicely balanced so that men and women like it. Works up well, but is VERY potent, so you might wish to back off your usual amount you put in your product.

"Fantastic fragrance"

"Clean Scents"

COMMENTS: This is a delightfully clean, unisex scent and has been an excellent seller; I just ordered a new bottle and will definitely order more. Even the name is awesome - although I love the beach, the call of mountains, trees and streams is greater. COMMENTS: A very nice fresh balsam fir! Very clean smelling. Just tested in CP soap and it actually threw the soap out of trace! While waiting for trace to come back around I decided to swirl it with green and had plenty of time, even with having to mix the color etc. Haven't tested it for the long haul, but am really looking forward to adding it to my line!

COMMENTS: Disregard the peppermint in the description because you won't detect it. Out-of-bottle, the first note I catch is a fresh, foresty spruce/fir that mingles beautifully with the herbals in the blend. I've used in both cp soap and lotion and really love this fragrance.
