"Yuck!"

COMMENTS: I picked up a larger bottle of this fragrance due to three determining factors: 1) The price was great 2) Until now I liked all the fragrances I purchased 3)The reviews are pretty good.... In retrospect I wish I would have never purchased this. It smells horrible even in small quantities. I can't quite describe the smell, but it reminds me of very concentrated lilacs mixed with some other scent floral scent. Disclaimer, I don't particularly care for lilacs so maybe this fragrance would be good for you if you really like them. I really don't know why it is named Rain Forest, I don't think it even comes close to that description. That being said, it is quite possible it would be a good note when mixed with some other scents, but it will probably take a lot of trial and error.

"Refreshing "

COMMENTS: I have used this fragrance for nearly a decade now and it's still one of my best sellers. I absolutely love it it does change slightly depending on what you add it to body lotions, bath fities, bath salts etc. It's such a great fragrance I highly recommend it for cold process ??

"Fades and Discolors in Cold Process Soap"

COMMENTS: This fragrance smells very nice. I was hoping to use it in my Earth Day soap. I am glad that I ran a test batch. This fragrance did not cause any ricing or acceleration. BUT it did make the soap discolor to a tan. It also faded quit a bit by the time the soap had cured. I used the amount of FO recommended by the Fragrance Calculator on this Page. I make Milk soap, so I soap at 80-85 degrees and place soap in the fridge for 24 hours. This process tends to help soap hold fragrance. The FO smells nice. It would likely be good in other applications. But it discolored and faded in Cold Process Soap for me.

COMMENTS: Easy to work with but scent is already fading and it’s only been a week. I’ll have to discount price of these bars and use them for samples unless they surprise me and the scent holds from here on out. Smelled great OOB but a little disappointed in the soap.

COMMENTS: Honestly I am shocked by the amazing reviews. Between the price and the reviews I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it. But yuck-- never have I found a fragrance from Wholesale Supplies Plus that I did not enjoy-- I've been using WSP for years, but i can't with this one. It smells like smokey incense to me, I dont pick up and earthy hints, perhaps a little bit of smokey floral? Not a fan unfortunately. But.i LOVE EVERY OTHER ONE :)

COMMENTS: This worked really well for me in my cp batter. no acceleration, ricing or discoloration. I had plenty of time to work the design I wanted to. This is a scent I really like kind of a spicy, sweet with a touch of floral. It doesn't smell like one thing but a blend of fresh exotics. and the price, dirt cheap!

"Rainforest 502"

COMMENTS: A very fresh out of the bottle fragrance, but it seems to have caused my navy blue color to morph grey. I’ve used the color with a different fragrance and the color stayed true, so I’m pretty sure it was this fragrance. I’m hoping the cure will change the color back. The scent is a bit faded but that would be ok.

"If the rainforest smells like dirt..."

COMMENTS: I absolutely didn't care for this scent. It smells like dirt and moldy moss. While it didn't discolor or accelerate trace, it also didn't hold the scent in CP soap. Only a couple of weeks into the cure and the scent is barely detectible. In this case, I personally think it's a good thing.

"Clean and sweet"

COMMENTS: Used this for my hemp lotion and it worked well. Light, powdery sweet and a touch floral scent. Somewhat unisex, I have had both men and women buy this. Just made hot process soap with it and it is light and exactly what I was looking for. I will probably order again next spring/summer if it is still available.

COMMENTS: I used this in a bubble bar recipe. It did end up having some subtle browning but that was my fault for not checking to see if it had vanilla. I gave it a try because of the price and good reviews but it is too perfumy for me.

"It smells like molding dirt"

COMMENTS: Soaped like a dream, easy to work with. Will save for creams and lotions. Amazing in the bottle, truly exceptional but in cold process it was bad. And I did 2 batches to be sure, it smells like rotting leaves, old molding dirt. It's worse than patchouli!

COMMENTS: I wasn't sure about this fragrance at first and didn't know what to do with it. Every time I went back to get another whiff there was a different note I picked out. When I asked my mother to smell it, she really liked it and asked for it in a candle so I have plans to do that for her. It wasn't until I mixed Rainforest with Market Peach, which was another fragrance I was on the fence about, that I really discovered something I was happy with and found a use for both fragrances.

"Peaceful"

COMMENTS: I love this out of the bottle, but couldn't visualize bathing with it, too much like perfume. However I love this as a tart. The smell is different citrus, light, yet heavy with something I can't name. We use it in the house as a wax melt and somehow everything is peaceful around here while it is burning.

COMMENTS: I soaped this yesterday and it's curing right now. Every time I walk by it, I have to do an S&S (stop 'n sniff). It smells just like walking in the woods when it's wet from rain. You can smell moss, earth, light floral and wet leaves. In the bottle, I thought it was stinky but now I love it. It also behaved nicely in my CP. Good unisex scent!
