Your Rosemary EO used to have a max IFRA of 5% for MP Soap, now it says 0.8% which dramatically changes my recipe. Why did this change on your Website? What is the correct max IFRA for the Rosemary Essential Oil?

IFRA regularly releases new amendments that occasionally result in new recommendations for existing essential oils and fragrance oils. The previous recommended usage rate was 5%, but the most recent amendment has decreased the recommended amount to 0.8% for soap.

What does Temporary Packaging mean on my sales slip? How am I supposed to be storing this?

This is the same bottle as always, it just may have a different label. You can store as usual!

is this the only fragrance with eo you can use for shampoo mp soap bar? or are there other?

This is a pure essential oil, not a fragrance. You can choose any fragrance or essential oil to add to a shampoo bar. Be sure to follow IFRA guidelines for soap.

I have added this to a salve that I make while the salve is in liquid form. After I pour the salve, it seems like the oil is sinking to the bottom as it cools and the scent goes away. Do you know how I can prevent this from happening? The salve is 2 oz, made with bees wax, Shea butter, olive oil pomace, and jojoba, I vigorously whisk the oil into the heated liquid.

The fragrance may not be sinking. I believe that the reason the smell dissipates as it cools is that butters and salves do not have a very good cold throw (the smell is not noticeable in the cold product). However, the scent should become noticeable when the salve is rubbed on the skin.
