This lotion contains Shea Butter, Aloe, Silk Amino Acids, Sunflower & Coconut Oils. Shea and Aloe are well known in helping moisturize and repair skin damage. Sunflower Oil which is rich in Vitamin E, a natural anti-oxidant. Silk Amino Acids provide a protective barrier and silky note to the lotion. Coconut oil contains the natural antioxidant, vitamin E. It does not clog pores and has been shown to protect, hydrate and nourish the skin. This lotion does not contain mineral oil. Paraben-free base.

Directions

On low heat, warm base to 120º F. Add cosmetic grade fragrance and FDA approved color additive. Scoop or pipe into container. Allow to return to room temperature and apply top. Label per FDA label requirements. Note: this base is too thick to be packaged in bottles.

Great Lotion Base to Scent

"This is a great base. It is very thick and holds scent very well. It does have a slight chemical scent before blending but it is easily covered once you add your fragrance oil. This is definitely more of an actual body cream consistency rather than lotion consistency so that is something to keep in mind. It keeps skin moisturized and lightly scented all day, which is amazing. Will definitely keep this product in my line."

Hello, is this lotion designed for face or body? Also, do you have a lotion base that does not contain soybean oil? Thanks.: This is a very thick lotion. Mainly meant for the body but it can be used on the face. Ingredients are listed on the product page.
for the 4 gallon . do you apply the color and fragrance for each gallon if a customer request it in advance: If you are using the whole 4 gallons for one customer we recommend mixing the entire things at one time. If you are following a recipe and use the same formulations/weights you will maintain consistency.
