Quality Change with WSP's Updated System

"I have been ordering with WSP for years and have used them as my main supplier for my business. Since they changed to their ""updated"" shipping system in the last few months, I have had so many issues with orders and how they have arrived. I recently ordered this item to restock my products - it makes a great E-Wax for lotion. However, it is pricey, and any lost amount is taken out of my profit for my business. I have noticed the faster shipping times have sacrificed less care in shipping orders. When this arrived it had a tear in the bag and was spilled all over the inside of the box. NOO! I was so disappointed. I Reached out to WSP customer service, and while I used to get a response from them the same day and could deal with issues right away, it has been OVER A MONTH and they still have not done anything to resolve this issue, and I can only communicate with them through email, which takes over a week for them to respond to. Please bring back the customer service from before this company-wide change WSP!"

Super Easy

"These shrink wraps work great for my cold process soaps. My bars very from 3-5 oz each and they work for all. I use a heat gun to shrink them and it takes a bit of practice but very worth the effort. I feel like my customers will appreciate no other hands touching their soap before they buy it and also it protects from little dings against the edges."

Excellent for cold process soap

"Since Cold Process soap needs to breathe (even after its cured), these bands work very well. They are open on the sides which allows for continuous ventilation. They are very easy to use: apply a heat source and the band shrinks around the soap. Just a note, a heat gun makes the bands shrink better/smoother than a hair dryer. These bands will give your soap a professional finish and protect the soaps at the same time. I highly recommend them."

"Works well for 4-6 oz bars of soap. I use these on all my soaps and I think they help to keep moisture loss to a minimum. With customers continuously picking up the bars it also limits the exposure of the bar to just the ends of the bars."

I am currently using boxes that measure 2 9/16" x 3 5/8" x 1 1/4" and my soap fits perfectly. I am wondering if the 102x102 bands would work for this size.: These bands are 4"x4". They should work for that size.
Hello. I'm looking around for packaging. I plan on making the Swiss army soap for my men's line. Is shrink band recommended for this soap since shrink band has open ends ? If so, what size will work for this soap? (3.5” x 2.5” x 1.25”): You can choose to use either a band or a bag. The 4 x 6 shrink wrap flat bag would work or the 102 x 102 shrink band.
My soap bars weigh in at 6 oz. what would be the shrink wrap size for bars that size?: You would need to determine that based on the dimensions of the bar. This shrink wrap band is approximately 4 inches x 4 inches.
Hello, I got some of this but some of my soaps height is a little bit higher, which one can I get with the same width but a little bit higher?: The 102 x 102 shrink band is the largest size we carry. You can try the 4" x 6" Shrink Wrap Flat Bag to see if that would work with your soaps.

Will the 102x102 shrink bands shrink small enough for them and yet leave a bit of the ends open? thanks! ~~Patty: Yes, this shrink band will fit your soap bar. Since we do not have your product for testing, we are not able to know how much will be left on the open ends. We recommend ordering a small quantity for testing.
