Staff Answer We do not recommend storing straight essential oils in these bottles due to the epoxy liner inside. Some oils might eat away at that liner over time.

Staff Answer We recommend using glass to store fragrance and essential oils. These bottles have an epoxy liner and it's possible the oils could eat away at it over time. We have not tested the bottles for that use.

Staff Answer These bottles are coated on the inside with epoxy and would be fine for products containing essential oils. You should always test to make sure your product reacts positively with your packaging.

Staff Answer When determining label size we suggest you purchase the product prior to purchasing labels so you have the product in hand. Measuring the bottles top to bottom and around - the 4oz bottle is 5" in height and 4.25" in circumference and the 2.5oz bottle is 3.25" in height and 4.25" in circumference. So depending on the label you want, you can use those dimensions or smaller.

Generally, Plastics can absorb some of the scent from fragrance oils in your product. I would think that the same would be true with bottles. You'll most likely get longer lasting fragrance that stays in your product better when using an aluminum bottle, as the scent won't be absorbed by the products packaging.
