Add color to base, drop-by-drop. Use amount as desired. Adding more drops will produce a darker color. You have used too much color if your soap bubbles are not white or if your lotion is not white whne rubbed into the skin. Adding this color to white soap will produce a pastel colored bar of soap.

"This color is something else! It's electric slime, toxic waste, glowing armageddon! (Thinking Halloween, here) :) By itself, just a few drops of this light up the room. Added to other colors (green, for example), the effect is still a seemingly-glowing but deeper, more opaque color. It's fantastic. I recently spilled my bottle, and can't believe I forgot to order more with last week's order! But since I pretty much only use it for Halloween, I guess I can wait. Careful with the bottle -- store upright only, as it can sometimes leak."

can you use these to color perfume and are they oil soluble?: Stained glass colorants are water-soluble and,we have not tested these colorants in perfumes, however, these colorants are suitable for use in water-based body spray bases.
Can you please clarify. It says mixes best in MP soap but it also says MP soap only: no.: Sorry for the confusion: Its asking if it can be used in MP Soap Only. The answer is no it can be used in other applications as well.
Can this be use in a body mist spray formula?: Yes, this can be used in a body splash.
Are any of t he stained glass liquid colors non-bleeding?: All of the stained glass colors will bleed. You can check the test results for colors where it says Migrate. If it says "yes", that means it will bleed into other layers.
