Stained Glass Santa Red Liquid Color

"I have not used this color yet but I think it will look very nice in my soaps."

Dawn G. (5/5)

All the stained glass colors are fantastic!

"I LOVE all the stained glass colors from WSP that I've tried (and I've tried most of them) in my liquid soaps. They are easy to use and make beautiful colors. The only complaint I have is with the Santa Red. It has developed a few tiny flecks of dark red in it, and I have to strain my soap before bottling it to remove them. I'm hoping this is a glitch with the bottle I have, as none of the other reviewers have mentioned this. It's still worth the trouble though--excellent red color!"

"LOVE this product. The color stays true and clear during my soap process. I am in the process of elimainating other colorants I previously used and going to only using these colorants."

Lots of Color!

"I love your liquid dyes. I use them in MP soaps, sugar scrubs, shower gels, etc. . . and have always been pleased with the results I get. I like the fact that they are concentrated so it doesn't take much to complete a project. . . and the colors always look stunning in my completed projects!"

Brilliant, clear color in MP soaps

"Love the stained glass colors for certain projects. In MP soap (clear) you only need a tiny bit for a brilliant color while still keeping the clarity. I also have used them in Sugar Scrubs and Shampoo & Conditioner Bars. Don't normally color lotion/body cream but will do pastel shades if customers request it, and I do tell them that coloring lotion could possibly transfer to clothing. I am surprised by so many reviews that said people used these colorants in bath bombs, when it states that they are not safe for bath bombs. It would be awesome if they could be used."

Q&A

Are the stained glass colors the only ones that can be used for liquid soaps and body washes?
No, the are not the only ones that can be used, many micas and powdered colors can be used as well. You just need to check the approved use for each.
Can this colorant be used in whipped soap? Specifically your foaming bath whip base.
Yes, this can be used with the foaming bath whip.
Why do these colorants keep coming up when I search specifically for bath bomb colors when they aren't approved for bath bombs?
We are not seeing where the liquid dyes are coming up under bath bomb colorants. All approved colors are listed under "Recommended Use: Bath Bombs & Fizzies": https://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/store-search.aspx?FBA=400&CatalogID=28&FBD=184&FBD=196&FBD=118&FBD=8&FBD=166
Can this be used in the Shea Butter & aloe lotion?
The Stained Glass liquid dyes work very well in coloring any lotion base.
Can I use this in making candles?
These are water-based colors and cannot be used in candle wax which is an oil-based product.
