What is the refining process used for this product?
Expeller-pressed sweet almond oil is refined through the chemical-free process of degumming/filtering, bleaching using natural materials, deodorization through steam distillation, and may be winterized (chilled for additional filtering of solids & fats to make a clear liquid oil).
Can this oil be used in a spray bottle with fragrance oil and not need diluted?

Oils that are odorless and lightweight, such as the two mentioned can be used in diffusers. The suggested use of fragrance oils is 0.5 to 5% by weight. You will need to test this in a small batch.
Does this offer the same vitamins and nutrients as unrefined sweet almond oil?
The vitamins and nutrients are not removed during the refining process.
