Q&A

I am newer to soap making and am trying to figure out what 3% means, scent should be 3% of weight of amount of soap used? Is that what the 3% indicates, by weight? If anyone has an easier way for me to figure this, such as 1 tsp per # of melt and pour, please do share. Thanks!
Yes, this means 3% of the total weight of your batch. If you are making 16 oz. of soap, you would add 0.48 oz. or 14.5 ml of fragrance.
