"Can I use this in the shave & shampoo base soap or the hemp soap base both of which are melt and pour soap bases? If not, what do you recommend to use to make the melt and pour soap base white? and will adding TD affect the lather of the bases mentioned and at what percentage should I use it? Thank you."

Staff Answer This can be used in ant of our MP Soap bases. You should only add a few drops until desired color is achieved, then it will not affect lather.

Staff Answer This product is water soluble so it will not mix with the lip gloss base very well. You could either use the oil soluble titanium dioxide powder and mix right in or put some oil soluble powder in an oil, like castor, and incorporate that into your lip gloss base.

Staff Answer We are not sure about using the liquid but you can use the powder form, which is titanium dioxide, in nail polish. You would need to research each color to see if it can be safely used in nail polish.

Staff Answer In reading the reviews for this product, we see no complaints on accelerated trace. Everyone said it worked very well to color their soap.

"I want to make a pure white soap and have some of this on hand that I'm planning to use. I'm using a fragrance oil that contains a fair amount of Vanilla. Do I need to use BOTH the White Pigment Powder and Color Stabilizer or will the powder itself be enough? "

Staff Answer The Matte White Powder will whiten your soap initially but it will not prevent the color change that occurs with vanilla fragrances. Without the use of a vanilla color stabilizer your soaps will morph to some shade of tan/brown over time depending on the vanilla content of your fragrance.

Staff Answer Our Matte White Liquid Pigment is titanium dioxide mixed with glycerin. If you do not want to use titanium dioxide, you could try White Kaolin Clay although this will make your soap slightly tan, not pure white.

"Received this as a freebee- so not sure how to use it. I make CP soaps and don't use colors. Will this make my soap 'whiter'? I use Hemp oil in one recipe, will this reduce the greenness of the soap?"

Yes, this will make it whiter and reduce the "greenness". How white it gets (and what shade) is based on your oils. I add it after trace, but a lot of people mix it in their oils to reduce clumpiness. (however I've never had this be grainy or clumpy)
