"The best tucuma butter."

Simply Heavenly!

"Creams up beautifully and adds tremendous emollience to one of our emulsified Body Creams. It's absolutely luscious (and I'm usually not a fan of coconut oil). The scent is out-of-this-world heavenly. Actually, ""Heavenly"" is in the title of the product!"

Great for shampoo and conditioner

"My hair has taken a very huge toll and wanted to get its gloss back and strength. I made shampoo and conditioner treatments out if this and other butters and in a week I already see a difference. Love this butter! Need more ASAP!"

Q&A

Is this butter ethically sourced?
Yes, this is ethically sourced.
What are good substitutes (besides cocoa butter & Kokum butter) for this?? I have a few recipes calling for this like bath melts, sugar scrub and lotions. I know it's great for hair so I'll keep it fir the hair recipes that call for it but what about the meits scrubs and lotions what would be a good cheaper substitute. Thanks in Advance
we do not have other suggestion other than Cocoa & Kokum Butter, as these are the only hard butters we carry.
What butters can be substituted for this? I have several kinds in various amounts of extra butters Almond,Olive,Hemp, Chamomile, Coconut, Macadamia etc so just curious which if any can be substituted for this. Thank you!! Also incase you needed to know I'm making bath melts, lotion bars, scrubs & hair cream. Thanks again!
Cocoa Butter & Kokum Butter are both hard butters that can be used as substitutions.
Is Tucuma butter nut free? Meaning friendly for people who are allergic to tree nuts such as shea.
While this butter comes from a fruit not a nut, keep in mind it is processed in a facility with nuts.
Is your tucuma butter non-GMO?
Our tucuma butter is non-GMO.

Tucuma Butter for Hair & Skin Care Formulas | WSP

Tucuma Butter for Hair, Skin & Body Care Formulations

Tucuma Butter is a rich plant-based butter commonly used in skin care, hair care, and body care formulations for its smooth texture and conditioning properties. Derived from the seeds of the Astrocaryum tucuma palm native to the Amazon region, tucuma butter has become increasingly popular in handmade cosmetic products designed to feel nourishing, creamy, and luxurious.

Whether you’re creating body butters, hair masks, conditioners, lotions, or cold process soaps, tucuma butter offers versatility across a wide variety of formulations. Its soft texture and compatibility with oils, waxes, and emulsifiers make it a favorite among makers formulating moisture-focused products.
