Watery blue scent

"Years ago B&BW had a scent called Seaspsray (90s-00s), and this is similar. It's not overly marine/ calone, like a men's cologne, too 'salty' or too citrusy. It's actually not citrusy at all, thankfully. Doesn't smell too 'cottony' either. Just a nice, watery clean scent. I've tried many 'water' fragrance oils, and this is my favorite one."
