"Tried to do a woodgrain, had five colors. The little ones did not set up. The big pot turned into soap on a stick and went crumbly, and it's the one with the fragrance. I had to HP it to save it. I won't be buying this one again. Shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, castor oil, 2. 5 tsp salt, 92 ounce mold. I have never had this happen before."
"Patchouli. Dirty smelly hippy scent, right? Oh. So. Wrong!Sweet, soft, sexy, warm. Great balance. Doesn't discolor too much, but plan for a little discoloration from the vanilla Behaves well in cp"
"this is a great fragrance. Smells high end. A perfect mix of vanilla and patchouli. I think most people think of vanilla patchouli with a sweeter vanilla, but this one is perfect if you want a more tone down vanilla in your patchouli. they both shine through fully and it's honestly a beautiful fragrance."
"I added this fragrance to our cold process soap line at the beginning of 2020, and it has become an excellent seller for us. The fragrance will accelerate trace a bit, but not enough to prevent me from being able to make 10 lb batches of CP soap with a one-color hangar swirl. One of my personal favorite fragrances. I plan to add it to my wood wick candle line this Fall."
"Purchased this FO during a sale, & with 2 of my favorite scents blended within the same FO, I was excited to smell it. To be completely honest though, I thought my sniffer was giving out on me! OOB, the scent itself was lovely, but I smelled zero vanilla or patchouli. We hosted a small get-together for a family member's birthday, so I used the opportunity to have others smell it, to confirm if I was loosing it or not. Unfortunately, not a single person disagreed with me, and the general consensus was that it smelled of clean laundry; specifically dryer sheets (that's what I was getting too). Good news though is that everyone agreed that it didn't smell like ""cheap"" or ""generic"" dryer sheets, rather like the ""expensive brand"". While making soap, I really hoped those patchouli notes would at least come out to play, but 2 weeks later, I still have soaps that smell like clean, cozy laundry, just pulled from the dryer (no patchouli, no vanilla). For performance & a lovely laundry-type scent, this is a 5-star FO for sure. It's VERY fragrant in application and was easy to soap with. I made an ombr' effect with brown micas, and haven't experienced any further darkening; even in the lightest areas of brown, which are more tan than brown. Unfortunately, even though I DO enjoy this scent, I have to take stars away because it just doesn't smell like vanilla or patchouli at all. Maybe my bottle was filled with the wrong FO by mistake? If that's even possible, I'd certainly buy this FO again. . . Along with a bottle of Vanilla Patchouli FO!"
"I love the scent but wish it was stronger."
