Love Verbena & Lemon Fragrance Oil

"Love this oil. Been using for more than 15 years with many repeat buyers. Use for soap, body butter, lotion, body mist and candles. Strong scent throw."

Verbena & Lemon* Fragrance Oil 574

"This fragrance smells fresh and awakening. I like it very much."

Nice strong scent!

"Always soaps nice in my CP soaps. Discolors to yellow, which is fine. I feel this has a strong scent of lemon, and I use a tad less as it is strong, but I love it! Great for citrus fans!"

Smells Fantastic

"I ordered this fragrance oil for usage in a cold process soap, as well as foot cream. The smell is light and fresh. Not at all overpowering. It held up well in the cream. I am certain the soap will sell well."

MMMMMmmmm. . . .

"I have been CRAVING the scent of lemon lately, and this was the perfect fragrance for me. Nice ""green"" note, from the verbena I guess. I keep a bar of this by the sink 24/7. Couldn't do without it."

Beautiful Scent

"I have been using the Pure E/O Lemon Grass in my soaps and everyone loves it. I just got this in and I can't wait to use it in my soaps and lotions. I believe it is going to be one of my number one sellers. Just a beautiful uplifting scent"

Love the Lemon!!

"I love the smell of lemon in soap and I have been looking for a lemon scent and when I purchased this I was so happy with it. It has a true lemon scent. Not over powering but spot on. I didn't have any problem with acceleration. Please keep this scent around I will definitely be making this a regular!"

Alisha (5/5)

Naughty FO!

"I used this today in a 50-50 blend with Goat Milk & Honey (each smells amazing on its own, and they are fantastic together). I thought I'd used these both before, but my memory was faulty. I ended up with severe acceleration and moderate ricing. After beating it into submission with the stickblender, I was able to glop it in the mold. Checked an hour later, and it had separated in the mold, with over '"" of oil sitting on top. I wasn't in the mood to hot process, so I used a whisk to bring it all back together. It now looks like overcooked HP soap in my slab mold. But it smells fantastic. Hopefully the bars won't come out too ""rustic. """

Q&A

I want to use the Verbena & Lemon FO with the white basic melt and pour base. I know it will turn the soap in a light yellow color. What can I do to have a WHITE soap using the more natural alternative? thanks
If you want to stay away from Vanilla Color Stabilizer, you can try adding some Titanium Dioxide to keep it white. Here is a great article about dealing with vanillin in fragrance oils: https://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/handmade101/learn-to-make-articles/understanding-the-vanillin-villain.aspx
Can the Verbena lemon be used in candle making or tarts?
This fragrance can be used in candles or tarts. It should be tested with your particular wax, though, to make sure you get positive results.
I use to purchase the Lemon Verbena Mint 365 fragrance oil but I think it is discontinued! Does this one smell anything like the 365 one? Is there a way to buy a very small sample?
It would smell similar but without the mint. The smallest you can purchase would be a 2 oz. size, we do not send out samples. You might also try Lemongrass Mint FO 379. This might be similar to what you currently have.
What is in the fragrance oil? The ingredients section just said "fragrance"
Ingredients for any fragrance oil are proprietary. They are synthetic but ingredients are confidential. When listing a fragrance on your product label, simply state "fragrance" and that is adequate.
