"I’m eating this kind of neutral because I was moving too fast when I bought this and did not read the SDS. This Vitamin B3 is only going to give your product a 0.05% of active B3. You need a minimum of 2% to improve acne, excess sebum etc. The bottle only has 1% active in it. The rest is glycerin and water. I blame myself for not confirming this information before I bought. Just wanted to make it known so that you know what you’re getting."
