"Perfect Name - Beautiful Shimmer" |
| COMMENTS: This Mica is just as descibed. The shimmer is beautiful in dry, butter and bar form. It added a gorgouse shimmer to lotion bars even at low concentration. Embeds for bath bombs get an extra kick when this is added and when added to perfume oil it acts as a two in one, a beautidul pearl in the bottle and a dusting of shimmer on the skin when applied (higher formula concentration). | |

| COMMENTS: This mica is VERY fine, which made incorporating into CP soap very easy! I had originally pre-mixed 1tsp/PPO of this mica in a light carrier oil prior to mixing into the rest of my soap batter, but because I was using a beer & coconut milk base, it didn't quite achieve the lightness I was going for. Because time was of the essence, I didn't have time to pre-mix some more, so I added another half tsp of this mica directly into my batter. I had no problems incorporating it dry into my soap, and it blended in quickly & effortlessly to achieve a smooth, clump-free disbursement! I'm very happy with how this mica performed in a pinch, and was able to get the intended shade! It has this beautiful shimmer to it, and because I do CPOP my beer soaps, I like that I can use it in place of traditional TD without worry of glycerine rivers (which can sometimes be the case if one isn't watchful of temps while gelling). Although I've found that in some CP recipes, this mica won't produce quite as vibrant of a white as TD will, it is still an excellent alternative to it! The sparkle comes through beautifully (yes, even in CP!), and consistently great results, paired with ease of use makes this a top-notch mica any soaper would be happy to have as part of their mica collection! I absolutely love working with this stunning colorant & will be back for more! | |||||||
