"Have you tested this in M&P while base? One of the reviews said it turned the soap to tan. That will not work with the wholesale order I have. I don't have time to test because the order is due October 1st. I need a good evergreen scent that does not turn a white base. Thanks."

COMMENTS: Love the smell. Very strong. However it seized in my soap. But if you are fast with the pour, you will have no problem. I would buy this fragrance again. My soap turned out beautiful.

"My best seller"

COMMENTS: I use this scent in my soap that is named Bitterroot Forest, which is where I live. This is a big seller for us to both locals and tourists. People often mention how much is smells like the forest. It is a strong scent so I use less of it in my recipe that most fragrance, 2 oz per 62 oz of oil.

"Okay, but not a realistic scent"

COMMENTS: The scent is pleasant, but I don't think it smells anything at all like Balsam Pine. Alone, it smelled more like a Christmas room spray. It worked fine when I blended it with EO's and other fragrance oils. The fragrance held up well.

"Perfect!"

COMMENTS: This is among the very best of the 50 or so pine type fragrances I've tested in parasoy melts and room sprays. I love pines but have found so many that have a citrus/spice/vanilla tone to them. This is none of that, just straight, strong balsam pine. Hot throw was amazing after a 7 day cure in my parasoy blend. Will most definitely be back for more.

COMMENTS: This is the smell of pine that would be released after you muddle a handful. Not the sweet stuff, but the kind that actually tickles your nose a bit because it's so fresh and pure. If you want to do a Christmas pine smell that isn't too sweet and vanilla, this is the one to go with. If you want to do a men's candle that is woody, but not Christmasy, this is also the one to go with. Imagine that.

"Awesome fragrance!"

COMMENTS: It smells wonderful by itself, but blended with the right FO's takes it to a whole new level! It performed wonderfully in cp soap. I mixed to emulsification, used 4 different micas and was able to divide the fragrance amongst the 4. When I poured it was still fluid enough to do a hanger swirl and a linear swirl on top. I would seriously recommend this to anyone who loves the smell of a Christmas tree farm!

COMMENTS: Reminds me of walking through the woods in the Adirondacks. It smells just like balsam and makes a great candle.

	"Wonderful, true pine"
COMMENTS: This is an awesome pine. I've tried most of the pines available at WSSP, and this blows everything away. No sweetness, very true to beautiful, perfect, natural pine.
