Cotton Candy Lip Balm Recipe

Into a plastic beaker or pitcher, add 4.5 oz Natural Lip Balm Base. Heat in microwave until product has completely melted.

To melted base, add 2 ml of flavor oil and 2 ml of sweetener oil. Stir to blend.

Pour product at approximately 120ºF or less into lip balm sticks. If product has started to harden, place the cup back into the microwave to liquify.

Let lip balm completely harden before applying caps. If any sink holes appear after cooling, reheat any leftover lip balm and fill in the top. A heat gun can also be used to warm the tops until they become liquid, and they will reharden to give a smooth finished look

Apply caps and label product accordingly.

Let product cool completely.

If any tubes have sink holes, heat any leftover lip base to top them off. Or, use a heat gun and carefully warm the top of the lip balm until it becomes liquid. This will fill in the sink hole when it rehardens.
