Oily goodness

"This came out very oily. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not something I'd want to use as a day product. The scent is heavenly though. I think it'd make a great night time routine for hands, feet, or other dry skin areas."

Pink mimosa body butter

"I'm in the early stages of making body butter and loved this kit. The smell is AMAZING! not overpowering. It is a bit greasy so if using on hand I would use a tiny amount. Perfect for dry heels, knees and elbows."

Yaritza (5/5)

game changer

"The instructions were very simple to follow. I have been making the kits half of the recipe and other half with different oils and butters. iThe kit won this one. I often have gritty butters, not in this case. Some are kits be expensive making it hard to price the product individually. I am still in the beginners stages of lotion making. This kit although a little expensive, was the best one so far,"

Wonderful kit

"I really enjoyed making this body butter. It does leave a layer of oil on the skin that takes a little while to soak in, so did not like it on my hands. I did however love it on my legs that get so dry and will be using this winter when my legs get really dry. The scent is outstanding. I will be sharing with friends."

Love This!

"This is so easy to make! Everyone loves the scent and how creamy it is. Will definitely be ordering more!"

Ultramarine Powder

"Really like this powder. So easy to use and give a beautiful color to soap."

Onita (5/5)

So smooth and creamy

"A few people thought it was too greasy. Smells wonderful. Have ordered enough to make it at least three more times. I donated it along with some of my other products to a fund raiser and took a sample so everyone could try it. Almost everyone who tried it bid on it. It truly was a big hit. Will be making more for the next charitable fund raiser."

Lovely and thick

"This kit was really good, at first once it is all done I thought it was a tad bit greasy but that went away rather quickly. The kit makes a great thick butter once whipped. I loved it and the scent is great. Will buy again. Leaves my skin feeling really soft and I have really extra dry skin so it was great."

Excellent Recipe!

"I used this kit to make body butter gifts for Christmas. Everyone loved their gift. This recipe smells great and is an excellent body butter."

Q&A

Can tapioca starch be added to this product
Yes, tapioca can be added to this.
I see a few reviews stating this recipe is a bit oily. Can you add Arrowroot powder to this and if so what amount?
Yes, you can adda arrow root powder. We recommended adding 0.5-2%
Greetings...Can you substitute the Vitamin E Natural Oil with Organic Aloe Vera Gel 100%?
This would not be an even substitute, as vitamin E acts as a antioxidant, so we cannot recommend this. You would have to test this recipe to ensure the product turns out.
Greetings...I wanted to know if you can substitute the oils in this recipe. For example, can you use almond oil verse soybean oil? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
We have not tested this, but you should be able to sub out the soybean oil for sweet almond without an issue!
Hi love this recipe! I noticed the fragrance has .60 vanilla . Would love to use Caribbean Coconut fragrance with this recipe .... but Caribbean Coconut has 10 percent vanilla.... would I have to use a vanilla stabilizer even though I am using a mica oil locking colorant?
Yes, you would need to use a stabilizer with any fragrance that contains vanilla. Oil locking mica color means it will work well in an oil/butter product. If your fragrance has vanilla in it, it will darken or brown, no matter what type of color you use.
