I purchased these. I cant get the slanted applicator to stay in. It comes out when i remove cap. How can I fix this?: You have to press down on the slanted applicator and makes sure it is secured tightly, If you continue to have an issue please contact customer service for further assistance.
Can these be refilled?: We do not recommend refilling.
You show several suggestions for labels but I'm having a hard time deciding which would be best to be able to include all the info required. What are the dimensions of the area where the label would be in order to wrap it around the entire tube? I would preferably like to overlap some to ensure the label would stay on the curved surface.: We suggest the 2.6 x 1" label and that wraps around with a little overlap. Being such a unique shape, we recommend testing different sizes to determine what works best for your needs. You can print on paper first and cut out to see if it will fit!
Do the tubes need to be cleaned/disinfected prior to use?: It is not necessary, but that is your personal preference whether you wish to clean/disinfect the product.
