Details

Dip tube may need to be cut to fit bottle. After filling your container, align the top with the opening and press or twist it into place, depending on the closure style. To unlock sprayer, line up the spout with the open area on pump neck and push down. The ring will always pop up when unlocked. To lock, push down the ring and turn the spout to the side. Ensure the lid is fully secured to prevent leaks, spills, or fragrance loss, then wipe away any product from the rim for a clean seal. "The pump worked very well once I figured out how to unlock it. The unlocking does not work the same way as traditional pumps. tricky size to find

"so happy to find a pump top that fits a 20/410 bottle!! This shorter pump works well with my facial soap. I still have to trim the straw to fit my bottles but that is not a problem. There is a locking mechanism that takes some studying to unlock. It is not the usual twist of the pump to unlock. You have to hold the small ribbed ring directly under the pump steady and line up the pump with the notch. I have had several customers that were confused as how to unlock the pump, to where I made a video of how to do it for them."

"These pumps are easy to adjust to various bottle heights (just cut tube) and fit perfectly around the top so no leaking occurs. The only downside is having to explain to everybody how to unlock the pump. It's not a simple arrow on the top that tells you which way unlocks it. You have to align the word open with the empty/open area under the pump."

Q&A

Is this a high velocity pump? Will it be difficult to pump out thick creams using this pump?: This will not work with thicker creams. a flip top tube might be a better bet for thicker lotions.
Do you have a shrink wrap that works for the pump tops?: We recommend packaging the pump separately and using a basic cap on the bottle of lotion. Shrink wrap will be easier to apply to the bottle with cap.
I'm making a liquid face wash that has small jojobo beads in it for exfoliating. Will they clog this pump?: Yes, they will most likely clog in the pump mechanism. Hello,Which of your lotion bases could be used with this top?Thank you in advance :): We would recommend using this pump top with our Basic, Moisturizing Lotion with Evening Primrose and Satin and Silk lotions.
I have yet to figure out how to open one of these without taking the top completely off and reassembling. How on earth do you get these things open?: First, the pump must be placed tightly on the bottle. Right under the pump, there is a narrow band which is mostly ribbed. Move the pump to the space that is not ribbed. Push down on the pump, turn it and it will open. If you have any further problems, please contact our Customer Service Department. Thank you.
