Had to soap this right away

"I just got it in the mail 2 hours ago. Tried it on my forearm and the dry down was gorgeous. It's a spicy herbal citrus; very much like an Hermes cologne a long lost love used to wear. Didn't have time to cp, so I made M&P. Fingers crossed, hope the scent stays! Cant stop sniffing it! Think I'll be keeping this just for me. I'm afraid to CP it, some of the finer notes may be lost."

"I really liked the fragrance of this FO. It behaved well in the batch and colored beautifully. But it just did not sell for me, I ended up donating the soap to a homeless shelter. You just can't predict what customers will like!"

"I don't know what I was thinking ordering this. Apparently, this is meant to mimic some Body Shop product called absinthe that is not at all actually like true absinthe. So, now I have a bottle of stuff that does not smell like absinthe the beverage and I don't know what to do with it. I have not smelled the product it is mimicking so maybe it's a wonderful dupe. If you are wanting something to smell like ABSINTHE the anise-y scented beverage I recommend buying their anise essential oil!"

Sexy & Mysterious

"This fragrance is one of those scents that you just can't put your finger on but can't help but love. There are tones of masculine musk and fresh citrus but the scent is definitely gender neutral. It behaved well in CP soap and did not accelerate trace or discolor after the cure. If you're looking for something unique and different to add to your collection this is a good one."

Love this scent

"It sticks well in CP soap, but I find myself using Absinthe for M & P embeds more often. This FO smells very green and bewitching. It reminds me of standing in a mystical forest. I use this in the green leaves that accompany my berries or flowers that top my soaps. Will buy again!"

Q&A

are the fragrances vegan?
Most of our fragrances are vegan, but some are not. This fragrance is considered to be vegan.
why is it even called absinthe at all? it has no notes of any actual absinthe smell so it's extremely misleading
This fragrance is comparable to The Body Shop's Absinthe fragrance. We do not come up with the name ourselves.
Does this FO discolor CP soap?
We have no customer comments on any discoloration but this does seize quickly in CP soap so be aware.
Is there information anywhere in your website that explains how each fragrance oil effects trace?
As of right now, that information would only be stated in the customer reviews under each fragrance. However, we are working towards testing all of our fragrances to give customers the best and most all-inclusive information possible.
Is this fragrance oil lip safe if I want to add in lip balms?
Sandeep, I'm sorry this FO is not lip safe.
