Large grain - can't use

"I thought this was salt when I opened it. Large grains like a chunky sea salt and cannot grind down into powder. It is very hard and too rough to use an exfoliant. This one goes in the garbage."

Charcoal granules too large and not dark black

"The charcoal I received needed and mortar & pestle to use in my CP soap and for masks. The grains were too large. The color also isn't a deep rich black like coconut-derived charcoal. Disappointed and had to buy elsewhere as there is no option for a more powdered charcoal product from WSP."

"I Wanted a fine powder, but they didn't offer any in stock. This was all they had for activated charcoal. It's too thick and too grainy. I have to grind it down myself which makes a huge mess. Definitely , will not be buying this again."
