Is this fragrance all natural? Our shop is 100 % all natural.

This fragrance is not all natural.

Very possibly a silly question, but how do you recommend calculating an effective IFRA maximum for a blend of fragrances? My assumption is that one can't use each fragrance up to its individual maximum, but the math doesn't seem to work at simply taking the average as the effective combined max.

Definitely not a silly question! There is no way to calculate IFRA rates for blends of fragrances, since the formulas are proprietary. I would avoid mixing fragrances for bath and body products.

As it relates to the scent itself, what is the difference between this, the listing for Honey Almond fragrance oil and the listing for Almond & Honey fragrance oil? Do they all smell the same? Id also like to know if this (or the other ones like this scent) can be used in a face wash? If so, what percentage?

These are all different fragrance oils. Our Honey Almond - EO & FO Blend 741 smells very strongly of essential oils, it's not very sweet. Almond & Honey Fragrance Oil 143 is a smoother, sweeter fragrance. Honey Almond* Fragrance Oil 115 is comparable to Honey Almond by Bath & Body Works.
