So realistic!

"The scent makes me crave bread. Smells just like bread to me. Love Wholesale Supplies Plus fragrance oils."

inconsistent but when it's good it's AMAZING

"I have ordered multiple batches of this FO over the years and this past year I have gotten different scents the last two times I've ordered. my business relies on this FO and so it's just recently become very frustrating to use it, especially at the price."

Smells Exactly like warm bread!

"Oh my my! If you are looking for a fragrance that smells like warm bread baking in the oven, you have found it! It is not a sweet bread. It is like a loaf of bread that my grandma used to bake. The scent is perfect in 464 soy wax at either 9 or 10 percent depending on how strong you want to go. Highly recommend!"

Customers are amazed!

"Smells JUST like baked bread - and all of our customers are amazed at how we do it! I tell them (with a wink) that we just shove a baguette into a candle. Will definitely make you hungry!"

Lauren (5/5)

Fabulous scent , just like walking into a bakery.

"When I first opened this FO, I wasn't really sure how I felt about it. I decided to try it in cold process soap and melt and pour to see which one I liked better. Once the scent hit the hot oils, you would have thought my Grandma was in the kitchen baking bread. Performed fine in both types of soap."

Rhonda (5/5)

Literally harden

"I sell clay mask though my business and wanted to add a new clay besides the normal clays. Very fine and smooth but once added to my emulsifier mix, it literally harden and I mean hard!!! My stick blender couldnt move. Had to throw away a whole batch and was disappointed as my other clays work well. Not sure if this product is heat sensitive or have to used a certain way however buyer beware!!!"

Accelerated & Riced

"Same recipe as I used with Cedarwood EO 20 minutes before. The first one was beautiful! With the Bread FO, not. I whizzed my first color then the 2nd color. Came back to the 1st and couldn't stir at all."

Lori (3/5)

Nice!

"I would say a medium smell, but exactly like baked bread! I'm going to try putting it in some fruit scents!"

Carla (5/5)

True to description - really!

"I really like this scent; it genuinely DOES smell like baking bread. It's not as versatile as some other scents; you can't just throw it into any mold with any coloring, but I think it will be worth some creative planning and experimentation since it's seriously mouth-watering!"

April (5/5)

Buttery

"Overall this FO smells more like butter to me. I have a tiny bit of it blended into some of my fruit or candy smells to give it a muffin kind of smell."

Q&A

Is there a scent profile I can use to describe it?
Scent profile is bread, caraway and butter. It would smell like walking into a bread bakery.
What is the top, middle, and base notes of this one?
Bread and Butter are both bottom notes and caraway is considered a middle note.
Is this product gluten free?
This fragrance is gluten-free.
I love this scent but in the 9oz straight jar is hard to wick . Seems like it burns higher is this because it has no vanilian content. I love it but need guidance .
This sounds like you may be having a problem with your wick. It may be too thick or too long.
How well does this fragrance blend with other scents? I'm specifically looking to make a peanut butter sandwich scent for a special project I'm working on. I realize the only way to truly know is to just buy it ans test it out. But, I thought I'd ask if anyone has any luck blending before I committed. Thanks!
This, unfortunately, is not something we can answer for you as we have never blended this fragrance. This is something you will need to test on your own.
