It is similar to the Head to Toe Lotion but is less translucent in appearance. Great to use as is or you can add fragrance and color.

For jars, measure the base into a mixing container, then add up to 1% cosmetic fragrance or 0.33% essential oil and cosmetic color as desired. Mix thoroughly, fill jars, cap, and label. For bottles, warm the base gently in a Pyrex cup using low, intermittent microwave heat until pourable, then add fragrance or essential oil and color, mix well, and pour into bottles. Allow to cool to room temperature before capping and labeling.
