IT REALLY WORKS!!

"IT REALLY WORKS!! Last month, I purchased 2oz for sampling and from reading some of the reviews, I didn't have the highest expectations. I'm so glad I tried it. I've used it several times and I've had favorable results every time. Actually made some shower gel last night and used a little too much which made my recipe very thick. No problem. I intend to add some distilled water to make it more fluid. My advice is: follow directions. A little truly goes a long way."

Be very careful

"I just needed a little thickening to my liquid soap. Boy boy boy it was too thick it came out just like school glue. My soap doesn't foam like before I added it. I rub it in my hands and it just stays there very messy. Other than that I love the way it feels once I got it off my hands. My product feels like luxury. I would use with caution."

A Life Saver!

"There is nothing quite as disappointing as having prepared a beautiful batch of shower gels or shampoos and finding the next day that they have turned watery. This little gem has saved me so much time and product I would have lost due to fragrance thinning my bases. A little goes a long way and imo, it's so much easier to control than Xanthan gum."

Mildred (5/5)

It works!

"I was frustrated because my shower gel base always thins out after adding the f/o. I purchase this bubble wash thickener and ""WALLA"" it works. Its not super thick but it is thick enough. :-)"

Denise (5/5)

This saved my shampoo!

"My first attempt at using shampoo base was a big failure. The fragrance oil thinned out the shampoo so much that it almost wasn't usable. After reading some other reviews I decided to try using the bubble wash thickener. Well, a little goes a long way! A tiny bit thickened the watered down shampoo just perfectly. Now I am able to provide my customers with a thick, lathery shampoo with oodles of fragrance. I will never be without this thickener again!"

Must have product

"If you are making shower gel, you will need this product. A little goes a very long way, but this is an absolute must as some fragrances will thin out the consistency of shower gel base to water."

Amy (5/5)

Great Thickener

"My body wash base thinned a little after adding FO. This stuff works like a champ to thicken it back up and you don't need a whole lot. Great stuff!"

Melissa (5/5)

great addition to thicken

"this works amazing at firming up the body wash base after the addition of FO thins it out. Couldn't be happier, and I got it right on the first time which is even better!!!"

Tracey (5/5)

Great!

"A little goes a long way. Boy this stuff really works! I've used it in shampoo, body washes and hand soap."

"Thickens thinned shower gel like no other! I can't be without it now. Can be added cold but I do warm my thinned shower gel before adding this, it does seem to work better."

Q&A

I see the normal range is up to 5%, is that the max safe usage?
It is safe to use more than 5% but you shouldn't need to -- a small amount is very effective, which is why the recommended usage is only 1% - 5%.
what did I do wrong. My body wash came out clumpy just a little bit. How long should I let it sit before the process of thickening is complete And How do I fix the clumps?
Please contact customer service for further assistance
Will this help if a fragrance caused a base to separate?
We recommend a poly 20 or a modifier.
I have a liquid laundry soap recipe made of washing soda, borax, liquid castile soap and exxential oils. I would like to use this to thicken the soap. Is it safe for laundry, clothing and will not stain or cause residue?
While it can be used we have not tested it. Please start with a small amount in your testing process.
I am working on a shampoo from scratch and I use these 3 surfactants Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate DLS, Cocamidopropylbetaine, decylglucoside, I used rosemary botanical extract, tea tree essential oils and cosgard 221 as a preservative and when I applied the buble wash tickener to thicken it to 3% It didn't work for me, it's more when I added the ticktener it was at a temperature of 40C and then I added the preservative and it never thickened, why did this happen?
We have not tested these items together. We do have an article about haircare you can find here that may assist you in your tests.https://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/handmade101/learn-to-make-articles/the-chemistry-of-hair-care.aspx
