Smell

"The smell is nauseating. It’s not very pleasant in my opinion. It worked well formula wise but I can’t get over the smell."

Love it!

"Smells awesome"

Candy Crush Fragrance

"I think this smells like chicklets gum or runts candy, every time I smell this it smells different to me but I do like it."

Dawn (5/5)

Awesome Soap

"BUT I SOAPED COOL based on reviews, and I had NO issues. I also lowered the palm oil percentage. I added nothing to the batch, no coloring or anything, and I added the fragrance oil to the superfat, and then poured into the pot at the first hint of a trace. Great bar of soap with a luscious fragrance."

Smells Like Bleach/Sulfur

"I really hate to say it, but it smells like bleach after using it in cold process soap. It smelled weird right when I poured it into the mold, but it's only gotten worse after it's cured for a month. It also seized up super quick I didn't have time to mix in the colorant as well as I would have liked so I have color streaks. I also tried making bath bombs with it and it smells like sugar and sulfur. It's a real bummer since it smells so fun OOTB."

Ok - would not purchase again.

"Had a synthetic smell in the finished soap."

Great kid scent

"If you are looking for a new kid scent, this is the one! You can definitely smell the banana but also very sweet! I'm always looking for a few new scents that boys will like and this is the one I'm going to add to my list!"

Jana (5/5)

so yummy!

"Customers love this scent! Adults and kids both think it smells amazing! Just bought a bigger bottle, I'm excited to make cp soap and scrub with it as well!"

Monica (5/5)

Yummy!

"The smell is amazing, simply delicious! Every time I smell a item made with this FO it makes hungry for candy. The banana and kiwi is the 1st thing I noticed. I had used them for Valentine Day items : soap, bath bombs & lotion. The scent is great for younger and older people. I had bought the FO for the younger crowd but the older crowd loves it just as much. I will be using this for Easter & Sweetest Day items or anything else."

"Smells Just like Candy I Want to Eat My Soaps. LOL!"

Q&A

I see the IFRA usage percentage for cp soap .. but I want to make this for 2-3 year old children. What percentage would be appropriate for a child. Thank you
You would use the same IFRA percentage for babies and toddlers.
How quickly would you think a 1% vanilla FO would turn a white (no color) Bath Bomb tan/brown? FO is 1.30% of recipe...
Unfortunately, there is no way to know how quickly this will discolor. It may start changing in a week, it may take two weeks. You might make a small batch of bath bombs to test this out so you know for sure. You may find you will have very little discoloring.
Can I use this fragrance to make Soy Candles?
You can use this fragrance in candle wax. You would use the same amount as you normally do with other fragrances. As with any new scent, you want to test this to be sure it performs properly in your wax.
I see that this scent is used in the candy corn M&P soap recipe. Does it really give the impression of a candy corn smell? I LOVE candy corn and want to find something pretty true.
Unfortunately, this fragrance is not similar to Candy Corn. We used this fragrance in this recipe because the name fit but the fragrance itself has a sweet fruity scent.
How much vanilla stablizer would you use for this in M&P soap and also mists?
This fragrance only has 1% vanilla content, so you would add 1 part stabilizer to 2 parts fragrance oil.
