Can this be used to make candles?

This fragrance can be used in candle wax. You would need to follow the manufacturer's recommendation for fragrance load for your particular wax. Since wax melts do not come in contact with a flame, you can add a little more fragrance to these. As with any new fragrance, testing is recommended to be sure the fragrance is compatible with the wax.

Can I add titanium dioxide to keep it white or will it discolor?

The titanium dioxide will lighten the color of the soap, but it will still discolor. If you use the stabilizer along with the titanium dioxide, this will lessen the amount of discoloring in your soap.

If I were to use this fragrance in a bath bomb, which stabilizer would I use?
