"Really love the smell OTB, very lovely. However, there was zero scent retention in my soap the very next day. I will try to anchor with clay next go around to see if that helps but I personally wouldn't recommend for CPS unless it does anchor in the clay."

"This one isn't my personal favorite, but I have several customers who love it enough that I always have to keep a supply on hand. It behaves well in CP milk soap with a faster moving recipe. Does discolor due to vanillin content to tan. It is sweetish with a detectable hit of cedar, but not a super woodsy cedar. If I didn't know it was called ""Cedar Bean"" I might not be able to pick it out. My customers who like it describe it as ""clean-smelling"" and ""unisex. "" It's not at all floral, musky, or juicy so it kinda fits a niche for people looking for fragrances without those qualities."
"For a woodsy scent, there is none better than this cedar bean FO. It's a beautifully balanced scent that takes me back to log cabins and mountains. I absolutely love it - and my customers do too!"
"I was looking for a new masculine fragrance for my beard care line and was curious about this one and decided to take a chance on this one although there were no reviews. To be honest, the name ""Cedar Bean"" kind of put me off at first. It made me think it would smell like cedar and coffee but was so glad it doesn't. I tried it in a test batch of beard balm. It opened with deep vetiver, woods, and dried down to hints of vanilla, amber, and dark spices. I was in love! I think it will be a big hit."
