"This is a great kit. I wasn't sure if I would enjoy making and using these as I am fairly new to making batch products. The kit made it very easy to make a batch. The cherry vanilla is a stronger fragrance than what i am used to but the girls I gave these to loved it. I had no issues with molding or with these drying out in a timely manner. My first batch was a great success."

Is this safe for an 8 year old to form with a scoop once the ingredients are mixed? Of course I will make her wear gloves and eye protection.: This should be fine provided the child wears protective gear including a mask, and is supervised by an adult. We would restrict this to the mixed ingredients as the SLSa can become aireborn during mixing.

How would you incorporate Bubble Up into this recipe if you wanted extra bubbles?: You can add 1-2% when after the butters are added to the mixture.
What butters can I substitute shea? I am out of shea butter till it gets here.: You can try cupuacu or kokum butter.
