Riced and Accelerated Immediately

"I bought this fragrance because I do love the smell of Clean Cotton, and because it said it wouldn't rice or accelerate. For me, that was not the case. My oils and lye were around 100F, and I do a water discount of 5%. As soon as I added the fragrance oil at light trace, it got thick very fast and riced immediately. Wasn't able to stick blend them out. You can see ricing spots in the finished product. I liked this smell out of the bottle, but I don't like it in the soap. It's a little chemical smelling to me. But, what I smell isn't what everyone else smells. Maybe you'll like this fragrance."

"RICED IMMEDIATELY. Description says it doesn't, but it does! Honestly one of the worst ricing FOs Ive ever used. It smelled really good out of the bottle, but its hard to detect already in the soap. I hope it doesn't fade all the way. . I'll try it again in something else"

Q&A

I would like to use this fragrance to make a liquid laundry detergent. How much should I use for 8 oz. of detergent? Do I need an emulsifier?
This can be used in laundry detergent at a maximum of 40.3% by weight. You will need to add an emulsifier. We recommend the FO & EO modifier.
What are the specific fragrance notes in this blend? (Thanks!)
The top notes are bergamot, lemon, and fresh breeze accord. The middle notes are cotton flower, velvet rose, and violet petals. The bottom notes are white lilac, soft oud, and musk.
Can fragrance oils be used in homemade laundry detergent? Thanks!
This fragrance can be used for laundry detergent up to 13.8%.
Can this be used for replacing plug in oils?meaning I want to pour out the oils in my plug ins a replace it with this oil.Can I do that?
We have not tested our oils in this manner and are not sure of the results. The oils may need to be diluted in some sort of base to work in the plug-in.
