Details

Cut soap base into small pieces, and melt in the microwave at 30-second intervals (or use a double boiler), stirring until fully liquefied. Once melted, add cosmetic color, fragrance, and other skin-safe additives—this base can hold up to 5% total additives—then pour the mixture into a Crafter’s Choice mold and spritz the surface with rubbing alcohol to reduce bubbles. Allow the soap to cool completely before unmolding, then wrap it in airtight plastic wrap to preserve freshness. Melted soap is hot and should be used with caution; recommended for ages 15 and older.

"I've been buying these detergent free MP bases for YEARS from WSP. I absolutely love making embeds with them for my CP soap. This particular one I also use to make soap for my fur babies. I love the oatmeal in them, and I never color it, I always leave it natural because it looks great as is. I do wish that the prices haven't gone up so much for MP. . . What is the difference between Detergent Free Oatmeal MP Soap Base and Premium Oatmeal MP Soap Base?: The detergent-free bases do not contain detergent, which means 100% of their lather is produced from the saponification of natural oils. Detergent-free soap is considered to be 'true soap' and produces a creamy lather. Our Premium MP Soap Bases have added detergents that create large bubbles, resulting in a "Hollywood-style" lather. Both have exceptional cleansing properties.
Can the shea melt and pour be added to this and is so can it be 50 & 50 off north?: You can mix our MP bases together.
Is this or any of your detergent free soaps gluten free?: This base is not gluten-free due to the oatmeal.
