I found out this is infact BTMS 25 and the Crafters Choice Conditioning EW is BTMS 50. Don't believe me, research the ingredients yourself. Thick, Plush & Cushy-Just like the $$$ Version!!
"BMTS is my favorite emulsifying ingredient but for a long time WSP only offered the pricier conditioning version. While that e-wax is great, I've found that this one performs just as well in the same recipes and for a lot less $$$. This is my ewax of choice now for my lotions, scrubs and of course hair conditioner. It creates a plush cushiony feel that stays on even after some rinsing. For lotions it is extra nice to feel that little layer of wax on the skin, it seems to keep my skin softer and protects them from water. I've swapped it out 1:1 for any of ewax in the recipes here with no problems. If there are any cons it would be just how thick your lotions end up with this. Forget about pouring them in a bottle, it's a jar or pastry bag for sure to get this stuff in a bottle! I've had no problem using a pump with it however, it is thick and fluffy, not thick and heavy, which is just how I like my lotions!"

- No this product is not recommended for lip balm products.
- BTMS 50 is out of stock in so many places. I make a thick cream hair conditioner, will this perform as good as BTMS 50?

- Would this or the soft and silky EW be better to add in your shampoo and conditioner base for curly hair? How much for 8oz?
- We do not recommend adding this to a premade base.
- What is the difference between this and your listing for BTMS-25? They both have the same INCI.
- The difference is in the percentage of each ingredient used. Emulsifying wax - conditioning plus has more conditioning ingredients.
