Lovely, witchy fragrance

"This fragrance is, for lack of a better word, "witchy. " To be clear, it behaved well in my CP soap, and customers liked it a lot. The fragrance is herbaceous and relaxing and smells like a lovely potion. It reminds me more of a cooler weather fragrance, but I could see it being a year-round seller as a "bedtime" kind of product. I omitted the fragrance from the light blue, but left it in the dark purple and uncoloured soap. As you can see, it discoloured the uncoloured portion to a lavender/ tan, but didn't affect the purple at all. I will be buying this one again for sure!"

Not Beer smelling enough at all to me or my Nose!

"I just Ordered & received a 8 oz Bottle of this Seven Kingdoms Ale Fragrance Oil that I only Ordered because of the recent Sitewide 20% off everything Sale here. This too after reading about Ten, 5-Star rave Reviews on it. Personally, I myself am not impressed with it & do not smell any Beer smell or notes to it whatsoever? In fact, all that I can smell are strong, mixed Citrus Fruits and light Green Grass notes. My first Impression right out of the Bottle was that I resembles & reminds me of the Fragrance/Scent that is used in Irish Spring Original Soap which is not what I was wanting or expecting from this Seven Kingdoms Ale Fragrance Oil. It's not Beer smelling at all or enough to me to want to use or even keep in my Fragrance Oil Collection for Cold Process Soap Making. I'll simply be donating it to a local Charity Thrift Store as for, I am discouraged with its Scent & not smelling anything like Beer. Much too perfumey for me!"

It's really not bad.

"This reminded me of the Avon ladies back in the 80's. The fragrance ends with a powder tone. That may be the part that threw me off. However, it's not bad. A little of this one goes a long way."

"I'm not a huge lavender fan, I can definitely do without it. I wasn't a huge fan of this scent OOB but in the soap it smells very nice and relaxing. I used it in a magic potion soap for Halloween and it's definitely fitting to the theme. It worked great with no ricing or acceleration as well which is a nice break from most WSP scents lol."

"I don't know what it is in this that I love so much, but I do. I have't used in soap yet, but I got a little of the oil on my fingers and kept smelling it for hours. A very calming and unique scent. If this holds up in soap I will definitely be back for more. :)"

Like an old ex-boyfriend

"I loved it at first, but it didn't stick around. LOL I really liked this OOB and in my fresh soap, but 2 weeks later and I can barely smell it. Friends couldn't smell it at all. I just rechecked the numbers and because this design had 2 embeds, I actually ended up a smidge over the suggested rate. Now I have a wonderful black cat/full moon soap with no fragrance. Hope it sells on the design alone."

My favorite lavender scent.

"I'm not a huge fan of lavender. For one of my first lavender scents I used Brambleberry's Lavender & Dark Amber. A lot of customers loved it, but for me it felt lacking. This scent is much more complex while still smelling distinctly of lavender. I absolutely love it."

do you have anywhere that lists the fragrance oils' top-middle-bottom notes? i can't seem to find anywhere on site for any FO
We do not list the TMB notes for our fragrance oils. Here are the notes for this oil: T: Valencia Orange, Bulgarian Lavender, Fresh Mown HayM: White Birch, Bergamot Blossom, RosewoodB: East Indian Sandalwood, Texas Cedarwood, Vanilla Bean
Does this have enough vanillin in that it will discolor a lotion base?
Any amount of vanilla can discolor a product. We recommend using a stabilizer with any amount of vanilla.
