"I love this scent. It smells just like I the flower I remember in Japan. However, it says there is only slight acceleration and I experienced soap-on-a-Stick with 2 different recipes. I used a 1. 8:1 lye solution and different soap recipe than the one the testers used, so maybe that's my problem. I'll use the rest in lotion."
"I fell in love with the scent of osmanthus when I visited Japan and almost ran face first into a flowering shrub in front of a temple in Kyoto. Since then. I have been obsessed with the sticky, fruity scent, that is reminiscent of ripe apricot, guavas and jam. I was ecstatic to see WSP offered this scent in a natural version, as none of the few FO available even came close to matching the actual scent of this flower. The scent out of the bottle is amazing! I spent most of the first day after getting this bottle of oil sniffing it in all its gooey, decadent favour. I eventually formulated some trial lotion to try it in, but found the scent was almost indiscernible. All I could smell was some faint notes of it, but it never reached its full glory. Still love the scent OOB, though. Will try a new formulation to see how it performs."
"These are perfect for your purse, pocket or anything else. I purchased to have a more natural look. My customers and I love how small they are, you don't have to worry about carrying a large container around. I also use them for samples for people to try a lotion bar."
"I have never smelled the flower or the absolute of osmanthus, so I must take it on faith that this oil smells like the flower, thus this review is based on the NFO and not a comparison to the real blossoms. This oil smells delightful, it is a fruity floral smell that is, for me, non cloying and non headache inducing. At 1. 5% in a body spray is lasts about an hour, and everyone who smells it absolutely loves it."
