"No more poly 20! Love this stuff!" | ||||||
| COMMENTS: This stuff is awesome! I used this in my homemade foaming hand wash and body wash and it did thicken the soap so that was wonderful for the body wash but I had to add some water to my foaming hand wash, but not a lot more. I think I could do a 1:2 ratio vs. 1:4 ratio and still get a nice outcome, since I use goat milk and don't care about clarity (I did test this for clarity and it does work nicely). To answer any questions concerning how much of the finished product you need to add for a strong enough fragrance; I like my products to smell a little more on the strong side and I was still able to use the same amount as usual. For example if you normally add 1-2 teaspoons into an 8 oz bottle, you still only add that much of the finished mix. I end up having left over mix, which is nice since it stretches out my fragrance oils :) and bought some fragrance bottles from here to store them. Oh I also want to add that this so far hasn't clogged my foaming pumps which has also been an issue when using poly 20. Not sure I can blame the poly 20 on the clogging but the modifier really helps with the issue, so GOODBYE POLY 20! | |||||||

It did cause a minor acceleration/thickening of my foam soap BUT that is easily corrected by adding more distilled water to it. It lightened up the FO a bit so instead of adding the 10% recommended i added probably around 20-30% of the mixture) i usually add 1-5% of the concentrate per liquid soap batch! "Very excited about this Modifier" | ||||||
| COMMENTS: I have a particular Resinoid that I have had difficult diluting. The closest I have come to diluting this material is to make a tincture. This morning I tried with the tincture it was not successful however, I tried with the pure material after 3 hours it has maintained a liquid form. My next test is to add water it maintain fragrance, all I can say it THANK YOU! WSP... finding you may have solve a problem I've been trying to solve for the past 1.5 years. One thing I am realizing now is that to get a clear liquid for my other water based liquids I need to warm; at room temperature if I let it sit for a few days I am getting about 70%/90% very clear liquid with a color of a fragrance oil however, about 30%/10% is a white substance that settles at the bottom of bottle If I let it sit for a day or two more it will dissolve leaving a light sediment that is white. I think that heating for 30secs should alleviate this therefore I can move to next phase bottle and sell. | |||||||

| COMMENTS: This EO/FO modifier allows me to add fragrance to liquid body wash bases with no separation! Just remember that as soon as you add the modifier to your FO or EO, you've essentially made a new fragrance, and the amount needed for your project is based off the EO/FO in combination with the added modifier, not just your fragrance alone. So if your recipe calls for a 1% usage rate, that would be 1% of the mixture as a whole (your EO or FO WITH modifier included makes up that 1%). I used a ratio of 4 parts modifier to 1 part fragrance oil and the results were great! Oils and water-based formulations don't want to play nice with each other, so this modifier ensures they won't separate on you! To me, it wasn't worth the risk of my project separating, and with this modifier, it's stayed perfectly blended and crystal clear! Was VERY easy to incorporate as well! I wouldn't make a liquid body wash without it! Thank you WSP for carrying this, and helping crafters make the best projects possible while achieving the best results! | |||||||

I used the same ratios that I saw on a kit listed. It didn't turn out bad, I just now have a product that is very concentrated. | COMMENTS: I've had this stuff for a couple of months and just got around to using it. I wasn't too sure of how it would work based on the reviews and guess I was delaying any disappointment. Now my only regret was going so long before trying it. I love this stuff! I just blended a FO which came out great and maintained it's strength 100%. Very impressive. I then mixed a batch of fragrance and almost cursed when it came out almost milky white. After going back to the instructions and realizing that water based products need 1% modifier, I added more modifier and the batch turned clear like magic! Love, love, love this stuff! | |||||||

| COMMENTS: I have repeatedly tested the principle that water and oil don't mix. Okay I get it. I have had separation issues with shampoos and shower gels but no more with this modifier. I made new batches yesterday using this modifier per instructions. It's a little early to tell but I am confident no more worries with separation of water and oil components. My choice was flower bom by victor and Rolf, haha!!! It made a beautiful foamy soap wi hardly having to use up my designer fragrance oil!!! I bought the beautiful pumps and bottles from here (clear) and will be making my mommy friends happy come mothers day with this inexpensive and creative gift that can't be beat!!!! Btw, I mixed some dendritic salt to the victor and Rolf flower bomb scent, and then Epsom salt and added apricot kernel oil and some coconut oil to make a salt scrub, wow people, just WOW!!!!! | |

"Great for Bubble Bath" | ||||||
| COMMENTS: We used this to make Bubble Gum scented Bubble Bath for our daughter and it was a total hit. Bath time was no longer a fight and the house smelled like Bubble Gum all night long. It was an easy mix for a novice user since my husband and I buy these products for our own personal use rather than for selling to the public. The instructions are simple and straight forward, pretty much idiot proof. Can't beat the price and it really does NOT change the color. Works GREAT in the Crafters Choice Bubble Bath - Clear. A little goes a long way too. Just enough to scent the bubble bath, doesn't dilute it, doesn't affect the bubbles any and works just as well as any of the other reviews says it does. Tried using it in lotion as well, but did not seem to really make much of a difference in lotion with the FO. Also plan to use in combination with Crafters Choice Multi-Spray Concentrate as well to make our own air fresheners as well. A good alternative for someone who has issues with migraines (someone such as myself) and can not handle most commercial based air fresheners. Will be leaving a review on the Multi-Spray Concentrate once I do try it with it as to how well it works with it. | |||||||

I found that I didn't always have to use as much with the FO as the video suggested and as long as I mixed it well, the finished product still turned out perfect. I also placed my liquid color in this mixture before mixing with the Luxury Moisturizing Mist II - Modified if I was not using for linen spray. Every time it was clear and color was good. I highly recommend this modifier. | |
