Directions

Slowly stir into the water portion of your formulation. Common uses for this product are linen and iron spray (80-100%), lotions, shampoos, shower gels and liquid washes (5-20%), toners and masks (15-50%). Hydrosols can be used directly on the skin without dilution. Hydrosols are water soluble and a lighter aroma than essential oils. Test your final product to insure optimal performance.

"I use Lavender, Rose, Geranium, Vanilla, and Rosemary Hydrosols in my Lotions, Body Whips, and Moisturizers in place of some of the water. I add it at the cooling stage because I treat it as an essential oil. The Hydrosols used in these products make for a light, fresh scent for those who don't like the stronger scent of fragrance oils. Can this be used "as is" as a toner? Also if I would like to use 3 parts of this and 1 part witch hazel, along with some water soluble botanical powder or liquid, do I need to add in a preservatives? Also what percentage of add in can be used. Thanks so much!!!: You can use this product on the skin without dilution.If you recipe contains water I advise for you to add a preservative, such as the Preservative - Water Soluble PF.

I have every ingredient but the Geranium water, can something else be used as a substitute?: Which recipe are you referring to? You can almost always swap out the hydrosols for distilled water or use a different hydrosol in its place.
Can I add this to a leave in spray: Yes, you can as long as it is a water-based formula.
Hello, can this product use ”as is” as a facial toner?: Yes, this would make a lovely toner as is!
