"I didn’t receive the mold and didn’t receive one of the additives. I’d give it 1 star but the ingredients are high quality and the scent is a great scent. You do not receive it as a “kit” though. It’s mixed in with the rest of your order."

Hi, can I use this lotion in a pump bottle instead of the jars? thanks!: Yes, even though the consistency is thick, this lotion can be put in a bottle with a pump, and used this way.
How do I locate the directions and ingredients? I clicked on Directions but nothing shows up.: The link to kit directions can be found under the Recipes & Videos tab on each product's store page.
Can water be added to this base to thin it out?: We do not recommend adding water but there are people who do. If adding water to thin the lotion, you do need to preserve the water. Too much water will break down the emulsion.
What is the shelf life of this product?: A ready-made lotion base is best used within 2 years of making the product.
