A water-based, alcohol-free foundation for hair and body mists, formulated to apply light and dry clean on both skin and hair. Leave it unscented or build it out with your own fragrance oil and color for a private-label mist program.

Details

This base is built for makers who want one product that flexes across two categories: use it as a hair mist, a body mist, or both, with or without added fragrance.

Hair and Body Mist Base Key Benefits

Dual-Category Use: One base covers hair mist and body mist applications, reducing the number of SKUs you need to stock.
Lightweight, Dry-Down Finish: No greasy or sticky feel on skin or hair.
Free of Phthalates, Sulfates, Parabens, and Dyes
Scalable Customization: Add fragrance oil and color at the rate that fits your product line, or sell it unscented.

Directions

For an unscented mist, use as-is. To customize, blend in fragrance oil at up to 12% and add color if desired, then mix until fully combined and fill into your spray packaging. Shake well before each use, and if you're formulating for sensitive-skin customers, patch test before full application.
