Directions

Add 0.25-2% to your base product just before pouring into bottles. Melt point is 155ºF. If your base is too hot it will melt the spheres.

Best Jojoba Beads

"I use these jojoba beads primarily for a charcoal scrub, so the black works really well for that. I have used other colors, they work as well. I highly recommend them for when you want a scrub that doesn't scratch or is not too abrasive, as they are rounded. Also great in a gardeners soap, or a mechanics hand soap. Haven tried in a Melt n pour Soap, it plan on doing so!"

Do these provide hydration to the skin when put in a scrub? because of the jojoba: Yes, jojoba beads can hydrate the skin when used in a scrub because they contain jojoba oil, which moisturizes the skin.
Do the beads dissolve? I am thinking about adding them to shampoo.: I do not advise for you to add these beads to shampoo. It can be harsh for the scalp
About how many teaspoons is the 1/2 oz pack: There are approximately 3 teaspoons in a 1/2 oz pack.
Can these be used in a face cleaner?: We don't recommend it as they could get in the eyes.
if I melted this into a body butter, would it stain the skin? is it better to use Mica for black coloring in body butter?: We don't recommend melting jojoba beads to be used for color. A mica would be a better option.
