Changed Formula

"I loved this product and was happy to sell to my customers prior to the Formula change. Now that they changed the formula I hate it. It's this weird rubbery texture with very minimal lather. Soooo disappointed. Will never buy again. I'm stuck with 2 gallon jugs that I will have to mark down just to get rid of."

Very Thick and Rubbery Disappointed for sure

"This Goats Milk Liquid Soap which I have been using for years from Elements Bath and Body must have been reformulated. It is very thick and rubbery. It actually clogs up the pump on the dispenser bottle. The suds are now minimal. I have even tried to dilute it with distilled water and it still remains rubbery enough to clog up the pump. I have been using this liquid soap for years and it was always a customer favorite. Now I will have to pull this from my line up. I would never sell something like this to my customers. I am now stuck with 2-8 oz jugs of this liquid soap that I will never be able to sell to my customer. Very disappointed in this new formulation. If you decide to take a chance on it just know that it will more than likely not be a usable product."

Wanted to Love This. . .

"I ordered this product based on the rave reviews and the product description. However, when I made a small test batch using the recommended percentage of fragrance based on the fragrance calculator and 3 drops of water soluble dye, mixed everything together and poured into the container, let it sit for 30 minutes and it was like a glass of water! I still tested it to verify if in fact it was as luxurious as stated. . . NOT! - It was so drying to my skin, not luxurious at all. I cannot believe this thick gel went to a liquid drink basically in less than an hour! I was trying to cut my time down with making all the holiday products I needed to make but I guess I will just make them myself instead of relying on products like this. I am so disappointed in the results of this product. It seems like the company needs to thoroughly test and reformulate before selling this product and having folks waste their money on this purchase. I recommend discontinuing this product."

Love the lather

"I love the lather from this, the only problem I had was that some of my fragrances thinned it to water consistency. A little Xanthan gum solution took care of that."

I am dissatisfied

"This product did not stay thick, I was water, I do not like this at all. I wasted my money. No matter how little fragrance I put into this ""gel"", it turned very watery and barely any suds. I tried 3 different times."

Very clear with no cloudiness

"I really like this shower gel better than the one I've been using in my products. It stirs easy even without a spatula, stays clear even after adding fragrance oils, jojoba beads , etc. doesn't thin down. It's fabulous so I'm sticking with this one!"

My search for shower gel is finally over!

"I've been searching for that just right shower gel and I finally found it. Out of the bottle the products is very thick, hence (Shower Gel). The scent of the product is very clean and refreshing smelling, awesome product to sell as unscented. Now for the real test. When showering, creates super suds and lather, feel awesome on the skin and rinses off totally. Leaves skin so soft and silky feeling to the touch ! Haven't yet added fragrance oil, not sure if fragrance oil will break down the thickness. Again my search is over!BarryErwin, Tennessee"
