Shelf Life: 1 year
No solubilizer is needed when adding fragrance to the base because of the high surfactant content. This allows your fragrance to dissolve easily into the base. If you have used other gels without success, or have always wanted to start making your own Paraben-free Bath & Shower Gel, try ours with confidence.
This is a cold mix base, meaning that heating is not recommended. Simply add fragrance and/or color, then stir to incorporate. Since it is crystal clear, it requires very little Colorant. Use unscented (as-is) or add Fragrance or Essential Oils at a ratio of up to 1%.
Micas may settle and jojoba beads will float to the top.

COMMENTS: I love the lather from this, the only problem I had was that some of my fragrances thinned it to water consistency. A little Xanthan gum solution took care of that.

"I am dissatisfied "
COMMENTS: This product did not stay thick, I was water, I do not like this at all. I wasted my money. No matter how little fragrance I put into this "gel", it turned very watery and barely any suds. I tried 3 different times.

COMMENTS: I really like this shower gel better than the one I’ve been using in my products. It stirs easy even without a spatula, stays clear even after adding fragrance oils, jojoba beads , etc. doesn’t thin down. It’s fabulous so I’m sticking with this one!

"My search for shower gel is finally over!"
COMMENTS: I've been searching for that just right shower gel and I finally found it. Out of the bottle the products is very thick, hence (Shower Gel). The scent of the product is very clean and refreshing smelling, awesome product to sell as unscented. Now for the real test. When showering, creates super suds and lather, feel awesome on the skin and rinses off totally. Leaves skin so soft and silky feeling to the touch ! Haven't yet added fragrance oil, not sure if fragrance oil will break down the thickness. Again my search is over!

COMMENTS: Love this and so do my clients. I will now create body washes from this base. Initially I created my Tea Tree cleanser infusing natural herbs and oils to which this gel blends with perfectly. I'm hoping the jojoba beads work well also.

COMMENTS: I used this gel for making gifts for all of my family members this year. I followed directions for mixing in the fragrance oils and colorants. Several days after pouring it into the bottles, I noticed that 2 of the bottles with the Mediterranian Spa fo had several white "chunky" particles floating throughout the shower gel. One bottle of the Desert Sage gel also had some of these white particles floating in the gel but to a lesser degree. I am not sure if this is a chemical reaction of some sort because there was nothing present in the gel until several days after the mixing and pouring of the gel into the bottles. The good news is that everyone that has used the shower gel has loved the way their skin feels after they use it. My oldest son has extremely dry skin and he says that this is the best shower gel that he has used. His wife is 8 months pregnant and she loves the Desert Sage fragrance because it doesn't make her queasy due to her pregnancy hormones. She is looking forward to using her shower gel after she delivers next month. I just need to know what has caused the white precipitate to form when the gel is mixed with fo and very small amounts of colorant, and hopefully this can be avoided in the future

COMMENTS: OMG! I finished making this stuff and its amazing! It lathers so well and really smells good when you add fragrance oil. I also used some essential oils to and they blended instantly! It was very thick so I watered it down quite a bit but, it looks amazing! Don't ever stop selling it!!
