This smells awful

"I really wanted to love this because I see so many reviews, maybe I got a bad batch but this smells like almonds to me. nothing creamy fluffy or marshmallow like. I hated it. it also came in separated with white chunks in it. customer service still didnt respond or give me a refund."

"This smelled like leather out of the bottle but in soap it smelled like old dirty boots. This is one I will not sell but keep for personal use. I had three people smell it and all said smells like old dirty work boots. Note: This is the first scent I have not liked from this company I love all the other scents I have purchased, just not a good fit for me."

Shelf life of fragrance oil?
Our fragrance oils are good for 1 year after purchase date
I'm wondering if this oil can be used as an essential oil in diffusers? I'm referring to the type that spray a light mist into the air.. Also, I seen a previous question asking if this could be used in a reed diffuser and your reply stated, yes but it's recommended to use dipropolene glycol. Where can this be purchased? Is it the same as propylene glycol? Thanks for your time
Our fragrance oils can be used in oil diffusers but we are not sure about being sprayed into the air. Breathing in the fragrance may cause irritation. We actually sell Dipropylene Glycol or DPG to soak incense sticks in. This is not the same as Propylene Glycol: https://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/products/dipropylene-glycol.aspx
Can this fragrance be used in candles?
This fragrance can be used in candle wax. You would need to follow the manufacturer's recommendation for fragrance load for your particular wax. As with any new fragrance, testing is recommended to be sure the fragrance is compatible with the wax.
Can this scent be used in cold process soap? I made my recipe exactly how i always do and when i added the scent or made the soap as hard as a rock almost instantly and had to trash it
This fragrance can be used in CP soap. If you look at the reviews, others have said it speeds up trace but as long as you know ahead of time, you can anticipate this and work quickly if you would like to use this fragrance oil.
The bottle I have of this says it contains vanilla. I was checking the website to see the percentage to know how much stabilizer I need, however, the website there is no vanilla in it. Which is correct? My bottle was packed on 3/22/17.
The fragrance oil DOES NOT contain vanilla. We will adjust the label to reflect this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
