"Yep, it's neon bright and added a nice pop of color to my soap. Once I added fragrance to batter with this particular color it accelerated trace and started to rice shortly after. I had to work quickly and forego my plans to swirl, no other color I used had this affect. In the end the results were nice and I will use this color again, I'll just be better prepared the next time."
