Measure desired amount of base and place in container with pour spout. Add fragrance at 1%. Stir gently but completely to incorporate fragrance. Pour into bottles. Cap and label as desired.

what kind of fragrance oils do you use with the pet sprays? Can you use fragrance oils that you use in candles or do you have to use strictly essential oils: Any Fragrance oil or essential oil that you use, You will need to refer to the IFA guidelines to see if the FO or EO can be used in pet products.
What is the shelf life?: 1 year from purchase.
As this has been asked a couple times, why can't you ask the supplier for the ingredients list? As makers we like to be as transparent as possible.: This product is regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and is not required to have ingredients listed on the label.
Can neem oil be added directly or with Polysorbate 80 to repeal fleas. ": We recommend using Polysorbate 80 with the neem Oil as the Pet Spray Base is water based.
