Measure desired amount of base and place in container with pour spout. Add fragrance at 1%. Stir gently but completely to incorporate fragrance. Pour into bottles. Cap and label as desired. Note: Some fragrance oils may cloud this base. If you would like to cover up this change, we recommend incorporating the Crafter’s Choice Pearlizer and Foam Booster. We do not recommend adding vegetable or fruit oils/ butters as they will significantly decrease your lather. Aggressive stirring will cause bubbles. Upon use, if your bubbles must be clear.
